Build the infrastructure the region's credit runs through.
Thousands of operations pass through Pruff every month before becoming working capital for a company. We are looking for people who want to build that machinery from our Santiago office: short cycles, fast decisions and work a client uses the next day.

We want someone who really takes ownership: who picks up a business problem, understands it end to end and leaves it running in production. Who changes their mind when new data shows up, and who asks why before writing code. Here architecture gets decided with the team, not in a committee, and your code reaches production in days, not months.
What you will do
Design, build and scale services that run in production every day.
Work on the credit core: decision engine, collections, reconciliation and the integrations nobody wants to touch: banks, tax information, e-signature.
Automate high-volume financial and operational flows.
Make technical decisions that show up in the product and in a client's operation.
Take part in designing new products, not just implementing them.
Help choose who joins the team.
Requirements
4+ years building software other people use.
Comfortable across the whole path: from the data to the screen.
TypeScript and relational databases.
The judgment to choose between two solutions and explain what each one costs you.
Writing code someone else can change six months from now.
Autonomy: you do not need someone telling you what comes next.
Full-time and on-site in Santiago.
Nice to have
React and Express.
AWS: Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch.
MySQL and DynamoDB.
Third-party integrations, scraping or large-scale data processing.
AI tools in the development flow: Claude is used here daily.
Stack
TypeScript · React + Express · MySQL + DynamoDB · AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch) · Claude
How you think matters more to us than what you already know: that you ask when something does not add up, that you take on a complete feature — from screen to data — and that you want to learn credit from the inside, not from a course.
You will have senior engineers next to you to ask and real ownership of what you build from your first month. Your code gets used the same day, and there are no committees here to decide an architecture.
What to expect
Own complete features: the screen, the endpoint, the query and the deploy.
Work on the credit core: decision engine, collections, bank reconciliation and integrations with banks, tax information and e-signature.
Ship code to production in your first week and see a client using it the next day.
Automate processes someone does by hand in a spreadsheet today.
Use AI as part of the job and not on the sly: Claude is an everyday tool here.
Learn to choose between two solutions and to explain what each one costs you.
Sit in the team technical discussions from the start, even two months in.
What we look for
0 to 2 years of experience. Internships, your thesis, side projects and previous jobs all count.
Something you built that someone else used, whatever the size.
Fundamentals of JavaScript or TypeScript, and of relational databases.
Git.
That you ask when something does not add up, instead of staying stuck for half a week.
That you can explain what you did and why, without hiding behind jargon.
An appetite for the business: here, code written without credit context gets expensive mistakes wrong.
Full-time and on-site in Santiago.
Nice to have
React and Express.
AWS: Lambda, S3, SQS.
MySQL or DynamoDB.
Having used Claude in your development flow.
Automated testing.
Some financial domain: accounting, invoicing or collections. Not a requirement, but it speeds things up a lot.

We would like to know you better
We care about how you think and how you learn, more than the list of technologies on your CV.
During the process we will ask you to walk us through something concrete you built: what problem it solved, what you decided and what you would do differently today. It does not matter whether it was a job, a course or a weekend project; what matters is how you thought about it.
Tell us what gave you trouble too, and how you got through it. A mistake you understand well tells us more about you than a project that went perfectly.
You are the person responsible for our clients experience once they start operating on Pruff: from day one of the rollout to daily use of the platform.
You are the voice of the client towards product. The role is for someone who enjoys building trust, solving problems with judgment, and who is comfortable moving between operational users and executives.
You will work side by side with sales, product and engineering, and your decisions will have a direct impact on client retention and satisfaction.
What the role is for
Manage a portfolio of active clients and be their main point of contact.
Lead the onboarding of new clients, end to end.
Monitor the health and adoption of each account, staying ahead of risk signals.
Gather client needs and turn them into clear requirements for product.
Document processes and improve the Customer Success area.
Handle and resolve support tickets, escalating to engineering when needed.
What we look for
Education: Business Engineering or similar.
Experience: 0 to 4 years. We value experience in fintech, banking, investments, SaaS, technology or consulting, but it is not a must.
An appetite for learning.
The ability to build trust with clients.
Initiative and autonomy.
Organization and follow-through.
Analytical thinking.
Full-time and on-site in Santiago.
The team
At Pruff we build the technology infrastructure that lets financial institutions operate with the speed and efficiency of a fintech: data, risk, operations and automation on a single platform.
We are a young, close-knit team with a lot of autonomy. Business, product and engineering work together, and every person can propose, lead and make things happen.
You own the accounts that matter most: you lead their rollout end to end and you are the counterpart when a decision has to happen fast, with both the operational team and the client executives.
You are the voice of the client towards product, and the one that carries weight: you prioritize what gets built first with evidence from the portfolio, not with the most recent request.
You also help build the area: you document how things are done so whoever joins next does not start from zero.
What the role is for
Own the largest portfolio and answer for its retention.
Lead the rollout of critical accounts, including the conversation with client executives.
See the risk in an account before it shows up in the numbers.
Prioritize with product what gets built first, using evidence from the portfolio.
Leave the area documented: processes, criteria and what to do when something breaks.
Be the escalation point for cases the team cannot resolve, and close the loop with engineering.
What we look for
Education: Business Engineering or similar.
Experience: 4+ years managing clients. We value fintech, banking, investments, SaaS or consulting, but it is not a must.
The judgment to prioritize: knowing which of three urgent things actually matters.
Comfort in front of executives, and a preference for the uncomfortable truth over being liked.
Having led a full rollout, with dates and someone waiting on the other side.
Analytical thinking: looking at usage data before forming an opinion about an account.
You sit between sales and product. You walk into the client meeting, understand how they actually operate, and walk out knowing what needs to be built, what configuration solves and what is not worth it.
On the sales side: you make sure a proposal is possible before it gets promised, and you translate what the client asks for into what the platform can do today.
On the product side: we turn credit operations into product and you make that translation. You define rules and flows with evidence, then measure whether what we shipped moved the number we promised.
What the role is for
Map how each client operates: who approves, with what data and where they get stuck today.
Back up sales in the technical conversation: what can be promised and what cannot.
Translate that into concrete rules, flows and criteria, with evidence rather than opinions.
Write what product and engineering need in order to build it without guessing.
Measure whether what shipped moved the number that was promised, and say so even when it did not.
Spot when three clients are asking for the same thing in different words.
What we look for
Education: Business or Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Experience: 3+ years. We value fintech, banking, factoring, SaaS or consulting.
That you doubt your own conclusions and go looking for the data before giving an opinion.
Comfort in both conversations: the client one and the engineering one.
Clear writing. An ambiguous requirement costs weeks.
Ease with data: SQL or spreadsheets, enough to answer your own questions.
Full-time and on-site in Santiago.
Every product we ship needs someone to tell the story. Today they ship and nobody hears about it: we undersell ourselves, and you change that.
Your job is the launch: take what engineering and product just built, understand what it is actually for, and take it to market. Who should know, in what words and through which channel.
And alongside that, build the inbound channel for lenders and funds: technically credible content, campaigns and presence at the events where the industry is.
What the role is for
Launch the new products: define the message, who it speaks to and where it goes out.
Write about credit with technical judgment, not with adjectives.
Run campaigns and measure what brought real conversations, not impressions.
Take Pruff to the industry events and get something out of them.
Keep the site and the sales material current with what the platform does today.
Close the loop with sales: know what part of your work ended up in a meeting.
What we look for
Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, content or growth.
That you dig into how credit actually works: marketing that sounds nice and says nothing does not land here.
Knowing how to write. Not how to coordinate a writer: how to write.
Having launched something to market and being able to say what worked and what did not.
Measuring with judgment: telling the metric that matters from the one that looks good in a report.
Autonomy: you will be the first person in the area.
Full-time and on-site in Santiago.
Working setup
On-site full-time, office at Metro Manquehue.
We do not expect you to tick every box above. If something on the list is missing but the problem interests you, apply anyway and tell us what is missing: how you learn matters more to us than what you already know.
